Celebrating years of service to our community!

This event will benefit every student within Washington’s Highline School District as our organization is intended to do. We were founded in April 1978 and are excited for this Founder’s Day event. We will reminisce our purpose and celebrate years of assisting

local unit PTAs (PTAs at individual schools) with training and guidance. We have offered many programs since inception with benefit to all our students and community.

We will have the honor of awarding the yearly Senior Scholarships to Highline School District graduating seniors (their school does not need to have a PTA to apply). This year we will attempt to close the Achievement Gap by making the scholarships need-based.

There will be an opportunity to donate directly to this program during the Founder’s Day event.

The auction style fundraising is our largest event of this year. Our goal is to raise over $10,000 to support our Highline elementary, middle and high schools. Your contributions mean training for more PTA leaders who will in turn benefit each student in their schools with programs they put in place with our support, senior scholarships for need-based seniors with plans to pursue higher learning, and inclusive community events.

This is a community event and we anticipate attendance of at least 200 attendees of Highline families, staff, and community members. We would love to have you, your friends, and family join in the fun! A no-host bar will be available for 21+ guests. An additional 200 administrators and staff will have a chance to bid on items the week preceding the event in a unique viewing and bidding opportunity available to them.

We invite you to support our goals by becoming a sponsor, donating a gift certificate, gift card or item to auction at our event. If you are interested in sponsoring or providing swag-type giveaways and have a Selfie Booth you’d like to have displayed, please mail the
